The Lafayette Regional Vein and Laser Center, a leading vein treatment center in Lafayette, IN, may specialize in treating varicose veins and other vein conditions. But the clinic has also shown that it is no stranger to matters of the heart – making large donations to local charities in 2012, and pledging to continue its giving in 2013.
Last year, under the direction of Dr. Marlin Schul, a top vein doctor in Lafayette, IN, the Lafayette Regional Vein and Laser Center decided to pool all profits from its cosmetic and aesthetic services and donate the money to charity. Profits from the Lafayette center’s Botox and Dysport treatments were saved all throughout the year. By the end of 2012, a significant sum had accumulated. The center then took the money – totaling $11,237.56 – and donated it to two local charities in need, the Riley Children’s Foundation and the Central Indiana Alzheimer’s Association.
The Riley Children’s Foundation is committed to improving the health and well-being of children through philanthropic leadership in support of Riley Hospital for Children and its research programs. The Alzheimer’s Association works to eliminate Alzheimer’s disease through research, providing care and support for those affected by Alzheimer’s disease, and promoting brain health.
The Lafayette Regional Vein and Laser Center is honored to be able to help support these worthy causes – and will continue their charitable giving this year. In 2013, the center pledges to donate all profits from its cosmetic filler treatments. That means that anyone in Lafayette, IN seeking cosmetic or aesthetic treatment can receive top-quality care, while helping to support local charities in need, by visiting the Lafayette Regional Vein and Laser Center for cosmetic filler treatment.
