Pets of the Day: February 26

Posted: Updated:
COLUMBUS, GA (WTVM) -

We are very pleased to report all 8 of the pets we showcased from Columbus Animal Care and Control last week were adopted or placed with rescue groups. Here's a look at the pets that need your help today.

Tag 201 is a male Domestic Long Haired cat. This guy is very curious and loves to explore. He will be a wonderful rescue for any family looking for a loving and adventurous pet.

Tag 108 is a male Domestic Medium Haired cat. He is relaxed and laid back, looking for a forever home that will spoil him and give him the love he deserves.

Tag 318 is an adult mixed-breed who has already been spayed. She is lively and affectionate, the perfect dog to take to the park, or simply love on.

Tag 262 is the mother of the previous dog we showed. She's also spayed, and disheartened to be at Animal Control with one of her puppies. Both of them are in urgent need of rescue, and would be thrilled to stay together forever.

For more information on how you can help these animals, visit Animal Control at 4910 Milgen Road, or call (706) 653-4512.
