The third passenger, Zack Lykes, was pronounced dead at the scene. Mosley and the driver of the truck tractor were not injured.

MPD has charged Mosley, age 35 of Montgomery, with reckless murder in connection with the death Zack Lykes age 41, also of Montgomery.
