Fatal accident on JR Allen Pkwy claims life of 46 y.o. woman

COLUMBUS, GA (WTVM) -

News Leader 9 has learned from local authorities of a fatal accident on JR Allen Parkway in the eastbound lane between Blackmon and Schomberg Road.

Teresa Bernice Cail, 46, was driving eastbound on JR Allen when her right front tire blew out.  She lost control of the dump truck she was driving and hit a tree. She was killed on impact, and we're told her husband was on the scene of the accident.

Authorities have not released additional information at this time.
