SCOTTSDALE, AZ (CBS5) -

Scottsdale police need the public's help locating a teen last seen on Friday.

Genevieve Selina Gonzales, 19, was with her mom and boyfriend at a medical plaza at 9377 E. Bell Rd. Sometime between 2 and 3 p.m., she girl stepped outside to smoke while waiting for a taxi and never returned, police said.

The area was experiencing severe rain and hail storms at the time of her disappearance. She did not have any money or her cell phone and does not know anyone else in Phoenix, according to Scottsdale police spokesman Sgt. Mark Clark.

Gonzales is described as 5'2" tall and weighs 140 pounds. She has long brown hair and brown eyes. She goes by her middle name "Selina." She was last seen wearing blue jeans and a black hoodie.

Her family is in New Mexico and Colorado and have not heard from her since March 4.

Police said they do not suspect foul play.
