MESA, AZ (CBS5) -

A woman with bipolar disorder has been reported missing in Mesa.

Lisa McCarthy, who also goes by the name Lisa Bobak, was last seen on Friday at about 3 p.m. near U.S. 60 and Dobson.

McCarthy also has personality disorders, police said.

She has been prescribed medications but is not taking them.

The woman has a multiple piercing on her right ear and a tattoo on her right ankle of a vine and a rose with the word "Liz."

McCarthy, who is 36, is described as 5'4" tall and weighs 220 pounds. She has brown hair and brown eyes.

Anyone knowing of her whereabouts should contact Mesa police.
