Pets of the Day: March 21

(WTVM) -

The pets at Columbus Animal Care and Control live in urgent need of rescue.

In addition to today's pets, one cat and one dog we featured last week are still waiting for their forever homes… and their time is limited.

Here's a look at just a few of the pets that need your help.

Tag 282 is a female domestic short-haired cat. She's curious and playful with a sweet temperament. She's sure to be an excellent addition to your home.

Tag 240 is a female domestic short-haired cat who loves to cuddle and relax. She will be the perfect rescue for a family looking for an affectionate pet.

Tag 102 is a male Labrador puppy that can't seem to stop wagging his tail and giving kisses. He is a very active boy and is looking for a forever family to call his own.

Tag 236 is a male pointer mix with adorable spots. He is playful and sweet-natured with a lot of love to share.

For more information on these pets and how you can help, call Animal Control at (706) 653-4512, or visit them at 4910 Milgen Road.
