GLENDALE, AZ (CBS5) -

Three children younger than 8 years old were taken to a hospital as a precautionary measure after a two-vehicle accident at a Glendale intersection Thursday morning.

A large SUV and minivan were involved in a T-bone crash at 55th Avenue and Bethany Home Road about 8:41 a.m., according to a Glendale Fire Department spokesman.

Three other patients refused treatment.

There was no word on who was at fault.

The intersection was cleared a short time later.

No other information was immediately available.
