LUKEVILLE, AZ (CBS5) -

A Phoenix man arrested at Lukeville point of entry is accused of trying to smuggle more than $10,000 in cash into Mexico by hiding the money in his shoes.

The 22-year-old man was flagged for further inspection when he tried to pass through the checkpoint Wednesday. Officers found the cash in his shoes and he was taken into federal custody.
