CLEVELAND (Toledo News Now) -

The Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force is offering a reward for information which could lead to the capture of fugitive Daniel Austin.

Austin is wanted by the U.S. Marshals and Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives for felon in possession of a firearm. It is alleged that Austin was stopped by police and was found to be carrying a handgun. The ATF picked up the case, due to Austin's extensive history of violent crime.

Austin is described as a 31-year-old black male standing approximately 5 feet 9 inches tall and weighing 180 pounds. He has black hair and brown eyes.

He is suspected to be hiding somewhere in Cleveland and also has a previous address near the 2800 block of E. 130th St. in Cleveland.

Anyone with information about Daniel Austin and his whereabouts should contact the Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force at 1-866-4WANTED, or text the keyword "WANTED" and "tip" to 847411. Tipsters can remain anonymous. Reward money is available.
