GA woman almost makes history at Boston Marathon

A Georgia woman was half a mile from making history when the two explosions went off at the finish line of the Boston Marathon.

Juli Windsor would have been the first little person to finish the Boston Marathon.

Windsor recently moved temporarily to Boston from Marietta.

The 26-year-old has a rare form of dwarfism, and stands three-feet-nine inches tall.

Windsor would have made history if she had crossed the finish line, but she was running just behind her pace.

Her sister says running the race has been Windsor's goal for ten years and it won't stop her from trying again next year.
