Exclusive Preview of News at 6 and 11

Good Monday evening to you. This is Jason Dennis from our WTVM newsroom. Here's what we are working on for the news at 6 and 11!

In just a few minutes, Muscogee County school board members will meet to decide on wether or not to end corporal punishment in the district. News Leader 9's Curtis Mccloud is LIVE at the public education center with a look at that issue and a packed agenda for tonight's meeting.

As the surviving suspect of the Boston Marathon bombing starts communicating with investigators, we'll update you on what charges he now faces, and see how a solemn one-week anniversary of the terror attack with a moment of silence.

Yesterday was the "final roll" but tonight, Auburn fans are preparing to say final goodbyes to the historic oaks at Toomer's Corner. We'll have a LIVE report at 6pm about tomorrow's removal of the poisoned trees.
