Corporal Punishment No Longer Option in Muscogee Schools

The Muscogee County School Boards votes to remove corporal punishment from the school handbook.  Spanking will no longer be an option at Columbus schools beginning this fall.  We'll have the details of tonight's vote.

Boston Suspect Cooperates – New Terror Plot Thwarted

The surviving suspect in the Boston Marathon bombings is said to be cooperating now with authorities.  We've got the latest on the investigation.  Meantime, Canadian authorities say they've thwarted a major terrorist plot to attack a passenger train that traveled between Canada and the U-S.  Was there any connection to Boston?  We'll let you know what officials are saying tonight.

Toomer's Oaks Coming Down for Good

After a weekend of saying goodbye, the final chapter of the historic Toomer's oaks in Auburn unfolds tomorrow morning when the poisoned trees are removed. We've got a preview.
