ANDERSON TOWNSHIP, OH (FOX19) -

Frank Marzullo gets up Monday through Friday at 3:15 a.m. to bring you the weather on the FOX19 Morning News.

Naturally, Frank has a fear of sleeping in. He says he doesn't feel like he's a sound sleeper and his wife thinks that his snoring might be sleep apnea.

People with sleep apnea feel tired during the day due to the restless sleep they get during the night.

Doctors say that the key to ditching that fear is getting a good night's sleep so Frank checked in to the Mercy Health Sleep Clinic in Anderson Township.

Sunday night, nurses hooked him up to 28 different sensors that measured his breathing, brain waves and how much he tossed and turned. They even placed a microphone in his mouth to listen to his breathing.

In the morning, a doctor went over the findings with Frank. Frank scored 4.8 on the scale, 5 means you have sleep apnea.

Frank says he's happy he did it because now he knows more about his health.
