MONTGOMERY, AL (WSFA) -

A single-vehicle accident claimed the life of a Montgomery woman early Wednesday morning.

Montgomery Police say the accident happened at 7:40 a.m. in the 3700 block of Covered Bridge Drive.

Montgomery resident, 47-year-old Clara Denise Hart was killed when she lost control of her 2002 Jeep Cherokee and the vehicle overturned.

Accident investigators are working to determine what caused Hart to lose control.

Police say no additional information regarding the accident is available at this time.

This is the city of Montgomery's 7th traffic fatality of 2013.
