HUNTSVILLE, Ala. (AP) - Huntsville police have identified two people who died in an apparent murder-suicide that prompted a police standoff.
Authorities say Brandon Titsworth is believed to have shot and killed Ashley Spangler inside a home early Saturday.
Police responded but didn't enter the house immediately. They found both of their bodies inside the home about five hours later.
Two children ages 2 and 5 also were inside the house, but neither was hurt.
Police say a woman who was inside the home was injured and remains hospitalized.
