BOSTON TOWNSHIP, OH (Toledo News Now) -

One man and two women from Steubenville are facing felony drug charges after Ohio State Highway Patrol troopers seized 2 ounces of heroin, 192 Oxycodone pills and 1 Ecstasy pill, worth approximately $17,000, following a traffic stop on the Ohio Turnpike in Summit County Tuesday.

Troopers stopped a rented 2012 Chevy Cruze with Pennsylvania registration for a marked lanes violation on the Ohio Turnpike near milepost 177 at 6:47 p.m. Upon contact with the driver, troopers detected an odor of burnt marijuana coming from the vehicle and observed in plain view, raw marijuana shake on the interior floor. Further investigation revealed the two female occupants were concealing the heroin and prescription pills on them.

They have been charged with the following:

Luke and Ross were also charged with tampering with evidence, which is a third-degree felony.

If convicted, Smith could face up to 37 years in prison and up to a $72,500 fine. Luke and Ross could face up to 42 years in prison and up to an $82,500 fine.
