WEST POINT, GA (WTVM) -

Georgia and Alabama law enforcement agencies need your help locating a missing West Point man.

James Garner, 41, has been missing for about a month.

He was last seen on May 3,shortly after he was released from the Chambers County Jail on a public intoxication charge.

 He was last seen around 2 p.m. by a deputy, trying to get a ride to Lanett Alabama. He was wearing a white t-shirt and tan pants.

His family is extremely concerned.

If you have seen Garner or have any information on where he may be, you are asked to call your local police or sheriff's department.
