COLUMBUS, GA (WTVM) - A man accused in a 2010 Columbus murder will have to wait a little longer before he can have his day in court.
Tuesday a judge pushed back the trial for Rodger Scales--one of 5 men believed to be involved in the murder of Kelly Leggett.
He, Daveka Wade and Jarvis Alexander are all facing charges related to the murder.
The other two men Tevin and Clevland Gary have already pleaded guilty and are awaiting sentencing.
Officials say Leggett died of a gunshot to the head at his apartment on old Buena Vista Road in November of 2010.
The trial for Rodger Scales will now be July 22.
No word yet on a trial date for Daveka Wade or Jarvis Alexander.
