(WTVM) - It's going to be a hot day. As a heat wave rolls through, temperatures will be extreme. If you're going to be outside, here are some symptoms of heat exhaustion to look out for:
1. Heavy sweating
3. Cool, pale, clammy skin
4. Weak pulse
6. Nausea and vomiting
To get your body temperature under control quickly:
*Move to a cooler environment, remove or loosen clothing, and apply cool, wet cloths.
*Drink sips of water. If nausea occurs, discontinue water. If vomiting continues, seek immediate medical attention
