Authorities in Lauderdale County have retrieved 13 dogs that were chained to car axles and believed to have been abused. Along with the dogs, Raycom Media's WAFF reported first that officers discovered mobile fighting rings and a pile a charred dog bones. Quinton Butler and Dereus Wualls have been charged with possession of fighting dogs.
