The Georgia Supreme Court has upheld the murder conviction of Charles Bulloch of Harris County.

Bulloch was convicted along with two other men in the death of Paul McKeen Jr. in 1990.

McKeen died at the Columbus Medical Center several days after being severely beaten at a Pine Mountain overlook in Meriwether County.

Bulloch was the last of the three to have his appeal heard by the Supreme Court.

The court previously upheld the convictions of Johnny Phillips and James Randall Reagan. Phillips was convicted of murder, while Reagan was convicted of kidnapping and aggravated assault.
