BIRMINGHAM, AL (WSFA) -

Birmingham Police have confirmed that missing infant De'Anthony Kelly and his abductor, Dor'Sayde Gathright were located in Dallas, TX Tuesday night. They were taken into custody without incident.

Child Protective Services of Dallas and the Alabama Department of Human Resources are working to return the children to Alabama. Both families were notified.

U.S. Marshals found the baby safe and unharmed along with the 14-year-old girl and a 19-year-old female suspect.

The 19-year-old suspect has been identified as Breanna Nicole Walker of Birmingham. Walker is charged with kidnapping and being held on a $100,000 bond. She is still in custody of U.S. Marshals in Dallas and in the process of being extradited back to Birmingham.

The Alabama Department of Public Safety issued an active Missing Child Media Alert after 10-month-old De'Anthony Dejuan Kelly of Birmingham was abducted by 14-year-old Dor'Sayde Gathright in the early hours of June 17, 2013.

Gathright and another unidentified female were seen with the child getting into a 2010 silver Dodge Charger driven by an unidentified black male. Authorities believed the group was headed to Mississippi at the time of the abduction.

Kelly was in the custody of his godmother and baby sitter when Gathright, the godmother's daughter, walked off with the child.
