$11,000 worth of meth uncovered during routine traffic stop

Christopher Cox, 31, is being held in Muscogee County Jail after the Columbus Police Department uncovered 11,000 dollars worth, nearly four ounces, of Meth in his possession during a routine traffic stop yesterday, June 21.

Police say Cox was also in the possession of oxycodone pills.

The charges against Cox include trafficking Meth, Violation of Georgia Controlled Substance Act Schedule 2, Possession of drug related object, and excessive tint on his vehicle.
