Columbus police are working the first murder in the city in nearly two months.  The body of 57 year old David Rutherford was found in an East Highland church parking lot late this afternoon. We'll tell you what investigators and the victim's family are saying tonight.

Also, supporters of gay marriage are celebrating tonight after the U-S Supreme Court issued two ruling in favor of same-sex unions. Hear reaction tonight and how the ruling may impact Georgia and Alabama.

Plus, if you have ground beef in your refrigerator listen up - there is a major recall underway tonight.  Twenty three thousand pounds of ground beef products from the National Beef Packing Company sold in Georgia and Alabama could be contaminated with E-Coli.  We've got the dates and numbers you need to know.
