Some Lee County buildings will be closed July 5

LEE COUNTY, AL (WTVM) - Lee County Commission has decided to give county employees an extra day off for the Fourth of July holiday, which means some buildings will be closed.

On Friday July 5, the historic courthouse in downtown Opelika, the Lee County Engineering Building and the Auburn Satellite Office will all be closed.

There will be no satellite services available in Smiths Station and limited services at the Sheriff's Administration Building.
