    A local homeowner assistance program was recently the victim of a large phone scam and financial fraud, and tonight there is concern that people in the Valley who used the program may be at risk of identity theft. Newsleader 9's Curtis McCloud investigates and will tell you what you need to know if you've had any dealings with NeighborWorks.

   Plus, the jury deliberates tonight in the murder trial of Ron Blair.  The Columbus man is accused in the shooting last year of 19 year old Keon Coleman.  We'll tell you what happened during today's court proceedings.
