Rain again affects the District 8 All-Star Tournament

COLUMBUS, Ga. (WTVM) - For the third time in four days, heavy rains affected the Georgia District 8 Little League Tournament at Shirley Winston Park on Saturday.

Most of the schedule was completed, but two games were suspended by rain with a third pushed back until Sunday.

Northern beat Pioneer 11-2 to claim the District 8 Minor (9-10) Softball title.
