A woman driving across the tracks had the rear bumper of her car ripped off by a passing engine Tuesday.
The woman was driving over a crossing near 19th and Grand avenues in Phoenix about 11 a.m. when the train came through and ripped off the bumper.
No injuries were reported, but police were seen writing the woman a citation.
