(WTVM) - Gov. Robert Bentley says alterations to Alabama's "Stand Your Ground" law is a decision he will stay out of.
"I'll leave that up to the legislature. I think it was passed, and I'm sure if I was in the legislature I probably voted for it. But I will still leave that up to the legislature. We'll look at it if it comes to my desk if there's any changes," says Bentley.
Alabama's "Stand Your Ground" law is similar to Florida's law, which has been in the spotlight since the George Zimmerman trial.
