Columbus man pleads guilty to armed robbery

COLUMBUS, GA (WTVM) -

A Columbus man was sentenced Monday after pleading guilty to armed robbery.

Dimitris Gordon faced three counts of armed robbery in the holdup of a local Mexican restaurant. He has been sentenced to 15 years in prison.

Michael Eddings, who represented Gordon, was found guilty last week of witness tampering.

Also, a co-defendant in the robbery is Michael Johnson, who's also facing a murder charge in the death of businessman Steve Toms
