Endangered tiger cubs born at Smithsonian’s National Zoo

Take a look at the newest addition to the Smithsonian's National Zoo in Washington!

A Sumatran tiger named Damai gave birth to two cubs on August 5. They have not yet been named. The cubs' eyes have not opened yet, so mom is grooming and nursing them.

Sumatran tigers are listed as critically endangered, and there are less than 500 in the wild.
