Your Exclusive Look at What's Ahead on Newsleader 9 at 11

Good Evening I'm Barbara Gauthie in the WTVM Newsroom.  We hope you'll join us tonight for Newsleader 9 at 11.  Here's a look at some of the stories you'll see.

Lee County leaders say it's the largest infrastructure project in the county's history.  We'll tell you about the biggest roads and bridges initiative to head to East Alabama in decades and how it will stretch taxpayer dollars.

Plus forget the cash, some Muscogee County high schoolers will be able to scan their palms to pay for lunch. Newsleader 9's Curtis McCloud takes a look at the new high tech system and explains how it works and if there are any concerns about safety.

Also out of East Alabama, WTVM's Annie Hubbell will introduce us to Lee County's new schools superintendent and tell us his plan for the upcoming school year which starts in less than two weeks.

And you may have heard of "running with the bulls," well at a Minnesota state fair folks were "running from the bull."  We'll tell you what happened when a large bull escaped its pen and charged the crowd.

Join us for these stories and more tonight on Newsleader 9 at 11.
