   Good Evening, I'm Barbara Gauthier in the WTVM Newsroom.  Here's your exclusive look at some of the stories coming up tonight on Newsleader 9 at 11.

   As students return to school and to team sports the concern over sports related injuries and concussions grows for many parents.  Tonight Newsleader 9's Curtis McCloud looks at what Muscogee County school officials are considering to help protect young athletes from serious injury.

   Plus, more reported bear sightings in Lee County. Our Annie Hubbell is in East Alabama and talks to one family who believes it was a bear that tore up their car overnight. Wait till you hear what they believe the bear was after.

   And U-S Attorney General Eric Holder recommends major changes for the nation's criminal justice system. The changes could address jail and prison overcrowding nationwide and across Georgia and Alabama.  We take a look at his plan.
