(WTVM) - The 'no firearms' signs are starting to appear on buildings across the state in response to Alabama's new gun law.
The city of Montgomery is getting ready to post similar signs at the entrances to each city building. But even with these signs, the mayor says he's still apprehensive about lawmakers expanding gun rights.
"I hope the governor and the legislature will be working through this year to find where it needs to be tweaked, where it needs to be modified, and certainly needs to be clarified," says Mayor Todd Strange.
The Montgomery Public School system is also planning to post these signs at every school before the first day.
