Exclusive Preview of News at 6 & 11

Good Wednesday evening to you. This is Jason Dennis at WTVM. Here's what we are working on for the news at 6 and 11!

Could we see an MLK streetscape in Columbus? Find out what it may look like. We'll also take you to the streets, where organizers are going door-to-door today to get support for the project and to get people involved, especially at a key meeting tomorrow.

Rain, rain go away. It's been making everything grow much faster, including your lawn. We dig under the surface to explore the impact on people whose jobs are dependent on dry weather.

Leaders on Fort Benning and the rest of the Army now have just 3 weeks to make recommendations for 25% in cuts. We have reaction to the potentially drastic measures, from a former Fort Benning commanding general.

A master plan for a new downtown Auburn is being unveiled, with recommendations from a citizen survey. We'll take you to the first public meeting on the plan.

Tell your friends, then join us for these stories and more tonight at 6 and 11!

See ya then,

Jason Dennis
