FBI requests public’s help finding suspect

Special Agent in Charge (SAC) Mark F. Giuliano is requesting the public's assistance in locating the following individual currently being charged in U.S. District Court's Southern District/ Savannah, Georgia on federal firearms related violations.

On Thursday, August 15, 2013, a federal arrest warrant was obtained via federal criminal complaint filed at Savannah, Georgia charging 26-year-old Charles Johnson, also known as "Chuckie" of Savannah, with violation of Title 18 USC 922 (g) (1),  possession of a firearm by a felon.

Johnson, whose last known address is 32 Liberty Heights Drive, Savannah, Georgia, is described as a 6 foot tall black male and weighs 185 pounds. 

Johnson is also being sought for questioning in connection with the following seven Savannah area armed bank robberies:
