    Residents in east Alabama are rounding up the Labor Day celebration at one of the Alabama's oldest courthouses. The courthouse located in Seale, Ala. is the third oldest in the state. This is the first fair since 2010 when the fair restarted, and it originated in 1980 to raise money to refurbish the old courthouse after it began to deteriorate.More >>
FLAGSTAFF, AZ (CBS5) -

A Coconino County man is in jail on suspicion of setting a Flagstaff home on fire Tuesday.

The Flagstaff Fire Department said they were called to the fire in the 6100 block of North Highway 89 about 11:30 p.m. and the home was fully engulfed.

Flagstaff Fire Department spokesman Capt. Kevin Wilson said crews were able to keep the flames from spreading to nearby homes.

Everyone in the home got out safely.

Police said they developed information that led to the arrest of 24-year-old Reyneldo James.

He was booked into jail on charges of arson, disorderly conduct and aggravated assault.
