TEMPE, AZ (CBS5) -

Silent Witness is looking for two men behind a double shooting and the theft of the victim's car in Tempe.

Police released a composite sketch of the suspects in hopes someone will identify them and help solve the case.

The crime occurred Aug. 21 at around 2:45 a.m. at 1655 E. Southern Ave.

The victims were sitting in their vehicle in a parking lot when suspect one of the suspects approached the passenger side of their vehicle, officers said. 

A second suspect appeared on the other side of the car, pointed a gun at the driver and asked for the keys to the vehicle. He then shot both the driver and passenger. The conditions of the victims are not known.

The suspects fled the scene in a 2002 to 2004 white, Chevrolet Impala with black trim.

Police said the gunman was armed with a small dark revolver. He is described as black with a thin build. He is in his early 20s. He is between 5'7" to 6' tall. He has short black hair. He was last seen wearing a red bandana over his face.

The other suspect is Hispanic. He is in his early 20s to late 30s. He is 5'7" tall and weighs 160 pounds. He has short dark brown hair and was clean shaven. He is also described as having a round face.

There is a reward of up to $1,000 for information in the case that leads to their arrests and convictions.
