PRATTVILLE, AL (WSFA) -

Every Star Wars fan knows Chewbacca, aka "Chewy", is a bit of a grouch, but he'd never run for the Dark Side. Unfortunately, his name was sullied Saturday, August 24 when suspects pulled up to the "Check Into Cash" business in Prattville and committed a robbery using his image.

Now, another Force - the Prattville Police Department - is asking for the public's help identifying and finding the suspects.

The suspect was seen getting out of the back of a white 4 door model Ford Crown Victoria that has tinted windows and black rims. He then puts on a Chewbacca mask and goes into the store. A short time later, he comes out, gets in the Ford and speeds away.

This business was robbed in the same manner not more than a few weeks ago, according to police.

These subjects are currently wanted for Robbery 1st degree and wanted for questioning in multiple other robberies. Surveillance video was captured from a neighboring business.

If you can identify or know the whereabouts of these subjects, please call the Police immediately or Crime Stoppers at 215-STOP. You may be their only hope, and you could walk away with a cash reward!
