(WTVM) - Congressmen from Georgia are weighing in tonight ahead of the President's address.
U.S. Senator Johnny Isakson (R-Ga.) says he will not be voting to authorize a military strike in Syria.
"It is clear to me that Georgians overwhelmingly oppose our country getting involved militarily in Syria," said Senator Isakson in a statement today.
U.S. Representative Tom Graves (R-Ga.) also said in a statement today that he intends to vote against a U.S. military strike.
"The Obama administration has not provided a clear or convincing strategy for inserting our military into the conflict," said Rep. Graves.
