NORTH CHARLESTON, SC (WCSC) -

A woman who police say was caught having sexual intercourse inside a display shed at Home Depot last month pleaded guilty to charges and was sentenced to 44 days behind bars, according to court records.

North Charleston Municipal Court records show 20-year-old Emily Craig pleaded guilty on Sept. 19 to two charges and received 22 days for each, but was given credit for time served.

Shaun Bowden, 31, did not show up for his court date. He was sentenced to 30 days in jail.

According to an incident report, police were called out to Home Depot on Northwoods Blvd around 8:38 a.m. on Aug. 28 after the two suspects were spotted entering a display shed and closing the door behind them.

Officer say they arrived to find both suspects in the shed, and it was apparent they were having sex.

Craig was charged with providing false information to police and congregation for unlawful purpose, while Bowden was charged with indecent exposure and congregation for unlawful purpose.
