COLUMBUS, GA (WTVM) -

Five suspects in total have been arrested for the murder of David Scott.

Three of the men were in court on Sept. 27.

Tyrecquiss Wells, Jayln Dixon, and Christopher Whitaker all pleaded not guilty to the shooting death of David Scott.

The fourth suspect, Christopher Pender, was in the hospital with internal injuries after being shot during Scott's murder. Pender was shot in the hip and released from the hospital a few days later. He pleaded not-guilty at a preliminary hearing on Oct. 11.

A fifth suspect in the David Scott murder case was also arrested. Donald Fair, 20, has been charged with Aggravated Assault, Arson in the first degree, and criminal attempt-armed robbery.

Scott was gunned down while sitting in a car on the corner of Coolidge Avenue and 7th street on September 19, 2013.

Investigators say a group of five friends went on a crime spree around Columbus leaving several lives destroyed. These men allegedly attempted to rob Scott before unleashing a hail of bullets. Investigators testified three different types of guns were used to fire 30-plus shots into Scott's car. Scott was pronounced dead the following day at the Medical Center.

The vehicle the suspects used has been described as a stolen tan/gold Ford F-150.

Anyone with information about the location of Donald Fair should contact the Columbus Police Department.
