OTTAWA COUNTY, OH (Toledo News Now) -

One person was arrested at a sobriety checkpoint in Ottawa County Saturday night.

The checkpoint was operated by the Ottawa  County Sheriff's Office, the State Highway Patrol, and officers from Clay Township. The checkpoint was held at the Bay Township Fire Station in Bay Township.

A total of 237 vehicles were checked for impaired drivers, 31 of which were diverted for further investigation.

One person was arrested for Operating a Vehicle Impaired (OVI).
