(WTVM) -

It's the second day of open enrollment for the Affordable Care Act.

There were some glitches yesterday when it started; many people logged on the website to find an error message.

News Leader 9's Chandi Lowry tells us how things are working today.

Many people like Clarence Love saw an error message saying please wait when they logged on to healthcare.gov.

"It will get you in but when you get to the individual family and small business icon it will kick you right back out," said Love.

On Wednesday when we logged on, the same message popped up asking for patience because so many people are trying to sign up.

Love was hoping to compare health plans, but he says he will happily wait.

The live chat isn't available right now either, but for those who have questions or who don't have the internet can call 1 800 -318-2596.

If you're concerned about deadlines, you have until March 31 to apply.

But if you want your coverage to kick in by January 1, you must enroll by December 15.
