WTVM celebrates 60 years on air

COLUMBUS, GA (WTVM) -

WTVM signed on the air as the first TV station in Columbus on October 6, 1953. 60 years later, we are still the area's leading television news source.

Over the next week, we will be celebrating this landmark by sharing moments and reflections from WTVM's history in our live broadcasts--a history that is directly connected to the history of the Chattahoochee Valley area itself.
