Phenix City man arrested, charged with 6 counts of Indecent Exposure

PHENIX CITY, AL (WTVM) -

Police have arrested and charged 22-year-old Zachary Heath Belitz with six counts of Indecent Exposure.

The arrest resulted from an ongoing investigation into several complaints of a white male in a white SUV exposing himself to females in public places throughout Phenix City.

Indecent exposure is a Class A misdemeanor except a third or subsequent conviction, which would become a Class C felony.
