Released by the Gregg County Sheriff's Office:

Sheriff Maxey Cerliano and the Gregg County Sheriff's Office want to thank the media for their response on the Justin Allen missing person case that was reported yesterday. He was located in Longview last night, October 19th at about 11:00 PM. Allen reported that he had been kidnapped, assaulted and held at a location in the Spring Hill area of Longview. Longview Police are now actively working that case. Allen was treated and released at Good Shepherd Medical Center for injuries to his face and upper body. Allen's red Camaro has been stolen and is still missing.

Hether Lyles has been accounted for but is not cooperating with law enforcement due to outstanding warrants for her arrest.

Justin Allen's release was due in part to the media coverage of this case, as his story became "too hot" for his captor(s) to hold him longer.

Thanks for the help.
