Two teens accused of hurling a brick from a highway overpass in 2012 are denied youthful offender status.
A woman driving with her three children was hurt when the brick hit her car. She had to undergo multiple surgeries and can no longer care for her disabled son. She also can't run her house keeping service anymore and has not been able to receive disability benefits.
The teens are expected to be tried as adults in January.
