Ark in the Park, a community Halloween event, offers free food and fun

COLUMBUS, GA (WTVM) -

If you are still getting your plans together for Halloween, we are here to help.

Dr. Tim Jones, Pastor of Britt David Baptist Church, will be hosting the 14th annual Ark in the Park event.

Ark in the Park provides a safe Christ-centered Halloween alternative for all. Last year, approximately 5,000 people attended the community event. This year, there will be even more activities for all to enjoy such as a rock wall, 40 carnival games, four inflatable ride, and tons of candy all for free.

Everyone is invited to dress up their Halloween costumes. Free food will be offered to the first 2,000 people who attend.

As for prizes, everyone can enter a raffle to win either a new kindle, t.v., trampoline, or a helicopter ride of the city of Columbus!

Ark in the Park will be hosted at Britt David Park from 5:30-8:30 on Halloween.
